Use this guide to find your starting size. Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust for tops, and around your natural waist for shorts, tights and trousers. Keep the tape measure level and comfortably close to your body. All measurements are in centimetres and refer to your body, not the garment. If you fall between sizes, consider whether you prefer a closer performance fit or a little more room.

Unisex clothing
For a NADIR product marked unisex, choose by your body measurement rather than your usual letter size. Check the fit information on the product page, as the cut can vary between a close fitting tight, a running top and an outer layer.
Socks
Choose socks using your UK shoe size. These suggested ranges are the same starting point for men and women:
-
S: UK 3 to 5.5
-
M: UK 6 to 8.5
-
L: UK 9 to 11.5
NADIR Trace Socks are currently listed as a men’s product. If you usually wear a women’s fit sock, choose by your UK shoe size and bear in mind that the fit may feel roomier. Socks should sit snugly, with the heel in place and no excess fabric bunching inside your shoe.
Gloves
NADIR Run Gloves are unisex. For men and women, measure around the widest part of your dominant hand, across the knuckles and excluding your thumb.
-
S: approximately 18.5 to 20 cm
-
M: approximately 20 to 22 cm
-
L: approximately 22 to 23.5 cm
Gloves should feel secure without pulling tightly across your knuckles or restricting your fingers. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for more room.
Between sizes?
A good fit should let you forget what you’re wearing and focus on the run. Whether you’re heading out before first light or finding your rhythm after dark, your NADIR kit should feel comfortable, secure and free to move with you.
