Sizing

Find your starting size in the NADIR Size Guide. For tops, measure your chest or bust; for bottoms, measure your natural waist. Choose socks by UK shoe size and gloves by hand circumference. If you’re between clothing sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for more room.

Keep your NADIR kit ready for the next run. Always follow the care label on your product.

For technical apparel, wash inside out with similar colours on a cool, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, then air dry away from direct heat.

For accessories and outerwear, check the product label before washing, as care needs may differ.
